Her professional journey includes leading executive-level initiatives with C-suite leaders, serving as a senior project manager for multi-million-dollar public health and equity efforts, and shaping post-conviction justice reform at the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office. She is also a former corporate leadership development expert designing and leading programs to empower new and emerging leaders across organizations.

Whether she’s coaching a rising executive, launching community programs through her nonprofit, or helping young adults master real-world skills through her Adulting 101 series, Dr. Lysa centers liberation, excellence, and purpose in all she does.
